Last updated: July 7, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VPS, dedicated server, and related hosting services (the "Services") provided by [Your Company Name] ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. This is template legal content — please review with a qualified attorney before publishing.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to hosting malware, sending unsolicited bulk email, distributing copyrighted material without authorization, or launching attacks against other networks. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.
4. Service Provisioning
Services are provisioned subject to availability. Estimated provisioning times described on our Service Delivery Policy page are estimates, not guarantees.
5. Billing & Payment
Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (hourly, monthly, or annually depending on the plan selected). Failure to pay outstanding invoices may result in suspension or termination of Services after reasonable notice.
6. Service Level Agreement
We target 99.9% network uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance. Where we fail to meet this target, eligible customers may request service credits as described in our service documentation.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate Services immediately for violations of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or upon non-payment. You may cancel your account at any time through your client dashboard.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Company Name] shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including data loss. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.
9. Data & Content
You retain ownership of any data and content you host on the Services. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to store and process that data.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website prior to taking effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
