This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of the VPS, dedicated server, and related Services provided by [Your Company Name]. Violations may result in suspension or termination of service, in addition to any remedies available under our Terms & Conditions.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Services to store, host, or distribute illegal content, child sexual abuse material, material that infringes intellectual property rights, or content that promotes violence or terrorism.
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Services to: send unsolicited bulk email (spam); operate phishing sites; distribute malware, ransomware, or viruses; conduct denial-of-service attacks; perform unauthorized port scanning or network intrusion; or engage in any activity that disrupts other customers or networks.
3. Resource Abuse
Excessive resource consumption that degrades service for other customers (such as cryptocurrency mining beyond plan allowances, or sustained CPU abuse on shared infrastructure) may result in throttling or suspension.
4. Network Abuse
IP spoofing, unauthorized network scanning, and attempts to gain unauthorized access to other systems are strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.
5. Copyright (DMCA) Compliance
We respond to valid copyright infringement notices submitted in accordance with the DMCA or applicable local law. Repeat infringers are subject to account termination.
6. Reporting Abuse
To report suspected abuse originating from our network, contact abuse@yourdomain.com with relevant logs, headers, or evidence.
7. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, where necessary to protect our network or other customers.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP periodically to reflect new threats or legal requirements. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
